VIP Executive provides a premium airport chauffeur service for business travellers, international arrivals and private clients who want a calm, punctual transfer rather than a taxi queue. We are based in Exhall, Coventry, and work across the West Midlands and the wider UK.

Every airport journey is booked as a private car with a professional chauffeur. You receive a clear quote, a named driver and a vehicle from our executive fleet — BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class, BMW 7 Series or Mercedes S-Class.

Luxury airport chauffeur services

Airport work is the core of what we do. We collect from your home, hotel or office in Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick or Leamington Spa and take you to the terminal with time in hand. On arrival we meet you in the hall, take the luggage and drive you straight to your destination.

The service is built for people who travel often: early departures, late landings, tight connections and same-day meetings after a flight. You book once. We monitor the flight and adjust if the schedule moves.

Meet & Greet

For arrivals, your chauffeur waits in the designated meet and greet area with a name board. You do not search the forecourt or handle bags through a busy terminal on your own. After you meet, you are escorted to the car and the luggage is loaded for you.

Meet & Greet is the standard on our airport bookings unless you ask for a kerbside collection instead. If your terminal layout is unusual — Heathrow T5 versus Birmingham’s single terminal, for example — we brief the chauffeur on the correct pickup point before they leave.

Flight monitoring

We track your flight in real time. If it is delayed, diverted or early, the chauffeur’s timing is updated. You are not charged a panic fee for a late aircraft, and you are not left waiting because we assumed an on-time landing.

Please give us the flight number when you book. That is what makes monitoring accurate. If your plans change, a call or email to the office is enough for us to retiming the car.

Professional chauffeurs

Our chauffeurs are enhanced DBS-checked, insured and trained for executive work. They dress smartly, keep conversation at the level you want, and treat punctuality as the job. Discretion is part of the booking — useful for corporate clients and anyone who prefers a quiet cabin after a long sector.

Executive and luxury vehicles

Choose the car that fits the journey. The 5 Series and E-Class suit most airport pairs and four passengers with two large bags. The 7 Series and S-Class give more rear space after a long-haul flight. All cars are kept clean, maintained and presented as a luxury chauffeur service should be.

Business and corporate travel

Companies use VIP Executive for directors flying through Birmingham or Heathrow, for client collections, and for hotel-to-airport legs around the NEC and Birmingham city. One chauffeur, one invoice trail, no split between a minicab app and a separate “VIP” car.

Hourly hire is available when you need the car to wait through a meeting. Point-to-point is the usual airport booking. Tell us if the passenger is connecting to another UK airport — we run airport-to-airport as well.
