Heathrow is the UK’s main long-haul gateway. From Coventry and Birmingham the usual route is the M40 — typically around one and a half to two hours, more if you are landing into T5 at a peak and then continuing into London. A chauffeur makes that journey usable: you work, rest or take a call instead of driving after a night flight.

About Heathrow Airport (LHR)
Passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. They are far enough apart that a wrong terminal costs real time. When you book, we need the terminal (or the airline — we will map it) so the chauffeur is not sitting at T3 while you are walking out of T5.
Drop-off and pickup zones are controlled and time-limited. We use the official procedure for your terminal and build parking or access costs into the quote. If your onward destination is inside the London congestion or ULEZ area, that is flagged before you confirm — we do not pretend those charges do not exist.

Most of our Heathrow work starts in Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick or Leamington Spa. We also collect in London after you land if that is the diary. The car is from the same BMW and Mercedes fleet we use on local West Midlands jobs — not a random subcontract on the M25.

Meet & Greet at Heathrow
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall for your terminal with a name board. Heathrow is easy to get lost in after a long sector. Meet & Greet is there so you walk to a person, not to a multi-storey and a phone signal that may not play nicely with roaming.
If your flight uses a remote stand or a slow immigration hall, we already have the delay on the tracker. The chauffeur stays in position rather than assuming you are “five minutes” because the status flipped to Landed.
Flight monitoring
Heathrow holds and stacks. A scheduled 19:10 can become 20:40 without the passenger seeing it until they are still on the aircraft. We monitor the flight number you give us and move the car with the actual time, not the timetable you printed last week.
Executive and luxury vehicles

Heathrow is where a lot of international clients first set foot in the UK. Sending a professional chauffeur to T2 or T5 is a simple way to start that visit properly. We can go terminal to Canary Wharf, Mayfair, or back up the M40 to a West Midlands office the same day.
If the passenger is connecting to Birmingham Airport instead of the train, say so — airport-to-airport is a normal booking for us.

How long from Birmingham or Coventry to Heathrow?
Typically 90–120 minutes via the M40, plus extra in heavy traffic or at peak terminal times.
Is Meet & Greet inside the terminal?
Yes. Name board in the arrivals area for your terminal, unless you request a different pickup.
Are congestion charge and ULEZ included?
Only if your route needs them. We show those costs on the quote when the destination is inside the zone.
Can you wait after a long-haul delay?
Yes. We track the flight and wait as agreed. Give us the flight number.
