Gatwick is a different job from Heathrow. Two terminals — North and South — linked by a transit, a long run from the West Midlands, and a lot of leisure and mixed business traffic. If you are flying from Coventry, Birmingham or Warwick and the ticket is Gatwick, a chauffeur is there so the M40/M25/M23 combination is someone else’s problem.

About Gatwick Airport (LGW)
Gatwick’s North and South terminals have separate drop-off and pickup patterns. Airlines move between them. We confirm the terminal from your booking or the flight number before the chauffeur leaves Exhall. The transit between terminals is fine with a cabin bag; it is not how you want to start a transfer with four large cases and a child.
From the West Midlands this is a longer drive than BHX or even Heathrow. We plan fuel, breaks if needed, and a realistic departure time. We do not quote a London-local ETA as if we were already in Crawley.

Book from Coventry, Solihull, Birmingham, Leamington Spa or a London hotel. The car is a Mercedes or BMW from our own fleet. If you landed at Gatwick and need to be in the Midlands the same evening, that is a standard long-distance chauffeur job for us — not a relay of two unknown drivers.
Holiday peaks (school holidays, Friday South terminal) need earlier booking. If your outbound is Gatwick and the return is Heathrow or Stansted, we can cover both airports on separate dates.
Meet & Greet at Gatwick
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals area of the correct terminal with a name board. After a charter or a delayed easyJet, the hall fills quickly. Meet & Greet means you are looking for a board with your name, not for a car in a short-stay carousel.
Flight monitoring
Gatwick weather and ATC delays are common. We track the flight and hold the car to the actual landing. If you are outbound, we still work backwards from your airline’s bag-drop close, not from “the motorway looks fine on Google at 9pm the night before”.
Executive and luxury vehicles
Longer distance favours a comfortable rear seat. Many Gatwick clients choose the E-Class or 7 Series. Luggage: two large bags is comfortable in the 5 Series; more than that, tell us so we do not send a car that only looks right on the driveway. Rates from £42 plus quoted airport fees.

Yes. We need the correct terminal for Meet & Greet. The flight number is enough if you are unsure.
How long from Coventry to Gatwick?
Plan on roughly two and a half to three and a half hours depending on the M40/M25/M23. We set off with margin, not a best-case sat-nav.
Do you do school-holiday Friday peaks?
Yes, if the car is booked. Book Gatwick peak dates early.
Can you take us from Gatwick to Birmingham the same day?
Yes. That is a direct chauffeur transfer, not two separate taxi apps.
Is flight tracking included?
Yes. Provide the flight number on the booking.
