2. Booking and Reservation

  1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our online reservation system, by phone or by email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS notification with booking details.
  2. Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from VIP EXECUTIVE . If you do not receive confirmation, your booking is not valid.
  3. Changes to Reservations: You may request changes to your booking by contacting us directly. Changes to booking times, locations or vehicle preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid the cancellation fee.
b. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
c.  Cancellations made in less than 6 hours you will be charged the full fare.

2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed if applicable, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
3.  No-Show: If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, you will be charged the full fare.

4. Payment

  1. Pricing: All prices for services are provided in advance at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, distance, time of day or other factors.
  2. Payment Methods: Payments are due upon booking and can be made through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  3. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your ride, such as tolls, parking fees, or overtime charges, will be added to your final invoice.

5. Vehicle and Chauffeur Service

  1. Vehicle Availability: While we strive to provide the exact vehicle requested, VIP Executive Chauffeur reserves the right to substitute an alternative vehicle of equal or greater value if necessary.
  2. Driver Behavior:Our drivers are trained professionals and must conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful and professional manner. Inappropriate passenger behavior may result in cancellation of the trip without refund.
  3. Vehicle Condition: Our vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or inconveniences caused by unforeseen mechanical issues or accidents.

6. Passenger Conduct

  1. Passenger Behavior: We expect all passengers to behave in a manner that is respectful to the chauffeur and other passengers. Any disruptive, abusive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. VIP EXECUTIVE reserves the right to terminate the journey immediately and charge for the full ride.
  2. Alcohol and Smoking: Passengers are not permitted to consume alcohol or smoke inside the vehicle unless prior consent has been obtained from VIP EXECUTIVE .
  3. Luggage: Passengers must ensure that their luggage does not exceed the capacity of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessive or oversized luggage.

7. Liability

  1. Limitation of Liability: VIP EXECUTIVE is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, road closures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
  2. Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured according to the legal requirements of the country or region where the service is provided. However, we are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or loss that occurs during your journey.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement, including inappropriate behavior, fraud  or non-payment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UNITED KINGDOM . Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of UNITED KINGDOM.
